Maggi Howard Director BSc, FCIH, MRICS

Maggi is a Chartered Surveyor with a wealth of experience in property for housing associations, local authorities and the private sector. She has delivered large
housing development and housing maintenance programmes.

Maggi has worked as Executive Director, establishing new development teams that have delivered large scale house building programmes.

Now in private practice, Maggi has provided services to a range of clients in the private rented sector, housing associations, ALMO’s and local authorities.

Clare Doyle Director BA, MRICS

Experienced chartered surveyor with over 25 years experience in development, asset management and regeneration. Track record of strategic and operational support to ensure efficient management of development programmes and advise on strategic property issues including significant option appraisal work. Expertise in the area of community consultation and masterplanning.

Janis Wong Associate Consultant BA, FCIH

A Senior Executive with experience in providing leadership to housing organisations, in particular an excellent track record on change and performance management; coaching and mentoring senior managers and executive teams to improve performance and achieve corporate objectives.

Professionally qualified through the Chartered Institute of Housing, Janis can provide a range of housing management services such as review of policies and procedures; developing new services; improving team performance in housing management.

Melanie Dwyer Associate Consultant BSc, MRICS

Experienced chartered surveyor and registered valuer. Melanie has over 25 years of experience
working for both housing associations and private practice, making her ideally placed to provide advice/consultancy services relating to residential development.

David Gilkes Architect BA, BArch, RIBA

With over 25 years of designing and delivering projects David’s experience covers many types and scales of projects - advising and guiding clients, ensuring the process from feasibility to detailed design and procurement joins together all the pieces from large scale urban strategy right down to the built detail.

He has extensive experience in Local Authority Planning liaison, including strategic master planning and wide stakeholder consultation. Clients include: RSLs, Local Authorities, national housebuilders and private development clients in the PRS sector, delivering large scale urban developments.
