Perito Property have been working with South Liverpool Homes to support them in the delivery of their development programmes. We have carried out a review and are working with the team on implementing new procedures. Perito have also reviewed SLH Independent Living Schemes.

Perito Property supported the development delivery, reviewed efficiencies and assisted with a competitive bid on a residential scheme.

Perito Property worked with Aspire to advise on the efficient delivery of the development programme during the difficult lock down situation. The programme included a range of section 106 and design and build projects including a large older person scheme of 98 units. The commission included management of development staff to deliver on programme and within budget.

Perito carried out the strategic review of the sheltered housing stock for Mosscare St Vincents Housing. This work provided recommendations for investment decision making on the sheltered stock of the organisation.

The review took account of staff and resident views, void levels, demographic profile of residents, condition of properties, potential for re-modelling, financial impact on the business plan and future aspirations of tenants.

In addition it was vital to consider investment history, future proofing of the schemes, demand for the homes, local facilities and cost to residents including rents and service charges.

Perito Property provided advice on the development growth strategy, putting in place a detailed delivery plan and negotiated section 106 agreements for large residential developments.

We also provided programme management support, advice on resources, process reengineering and team development to accelerate programme delivery.

Perito Property were commissioned to advise on the the delivery of the development programme for Housing Plus Group during the merger of South Staffordshire HA and Severnside HA. Perito managed the transition of the development team of SSHA into the new structure . Change management was a key part of this process.

Perito acted as Critical Friend to support the transition of the repairs service from Mears to the Gateshead Housing Company.

Perito Property have a wide experience of construction, development and asset management and was able to highlight areas of concern to enable the council and TGHC to take the right steps to improve planning of procurement, health and safety, commercial set up and communication. They were also able to work with the Board to develop awareness of the new risks the organisation would face as it doubled its workforce and took on new responsibilities.

Perito highlighted areas for the Board to focus on and the information they would require for effective governance. They worked as part of the team and the service went live on 3rd April as planned. Perito are great to work with and I would recommend them to work with other clients.

Perito Property has worked with Be First- a new company set up to develop new homes at scale in Barking and Dagenham.

We worked with the team to speed up the process of delivery. Perito has developed the appropriate control frameworks and establishing systems to enable effective financial control, programme and development support.

Perito has developed an approach to performance management and is ensuring the approach to Health and Safety management is embedded.

We worked with the business to develop an approach to performance management and change management, introducing the principles of Constructing Excellence and building a collaborative approach.

Perito Property has worked with County Durham Housing Group to bring back in house a repairs contract-ensuring risks were identified and mitigated and that the Board were clear on their expanded role as a contractor as well as landlord.

Perito developed the risk register for the project. Following this piece of work, Perito ran a workshop with the Board to enable members to actively develop their approach to growing the contracting function.

Perito provided advice on Accelerated Construction funding from Homes England which involved liaising with funders and carrying out a detailed risk analysis for the client.

The bid was successfully received by Homes England.

Perito Property were commissioned to carry out services for the development of both new build and refurbishment of properties in the ownership of St Johns Foundation in Bath.

Perito Property worked with Newport City Homes on the establishment of a steering group of residents and retailers tasked with producing the masterplan for a new retail centre together with 150 affordable housing. Perito worked help co-ordinate with the local community and key stakeholders to a successful conclusion in establishing a masterplan ready for the next stage of planning.
